May 12, 20223 yr Author Wonder how many margarita's it took to write that? 🤐 In short, before calling my son I usually check his location first since he's been doing a 4th job filling in delivering mushrooms and I don't want to call if he's on the road. Anyway, last night his phone was off and being half in the bag the words "no location found" sort of set me off. Carry on. What are you people going to do with me when I quit drinking? That day is fast approaching unfortunately. It's time. I'm not ready to check out yet.
May 13, 20223 yr Author I hope over the years I've kept y'all mildly entertained with these incoherent posts. No promises but ^^^^^^^^ that should be the last one, so enjoy! As I'm approaching 2 yrs. without Mr. Di, it's been really hard. I am doing OK except for the 40 yrs of abusing my body which is catching up to me, so it's time. Plus, I have to finish his beach cottage and I can't do that if I'm dead. Wish me luck.

May 16, 20223 yr Author Well I had a few on Saturday down at the cottage while putting primer on 4x8 sheets of bead board. Tried some Absolut pineapple martinis in a can. A four pack! ugh. Had a glass of wine with dinner with my kids on the way home. Stepped in a big puddle, almost lost my flip flop. Stone cold sober yesterday, but having some liquid courage today all because of a weather forecast! I really can't do this anymore. I need to quit worrying about what could happen and just let it happen.
