I don’t see it. It’s the way his hands move when he talks. I’m not even sure his hand touched his gum but if it did, it’ was inadvertent. Look at is other hand, it’s starts to move several times as well but he is holding somethIng in it.

I don’t know anything about him. The mainstream media and activists (same thing, I know) aren’t interested in reporting about it or him. Not sure why.
