That was a pro/experienced shooter who took that shot. 200 yards from a perfect location square on impact. I’m sure he scouted the location/setup beforehand.

They'll catch him. It's pretty tough to pull something like this off and get away with it for very long. It might take months or even a year, but unless the dude spent his life planning this, there's almost certainly some detail he missed that will lead to his capture.
