ok

I'll PM you when I get back home later today though, backups are always a good thing to have when I'm not at home.

it's no big deal.  I use YouTube tv and am able to get all the philly stations from Maryland.  I guess if you don't  use the apple stuff ( Apple TV, iPhone, etc) it won't be quite as straightforward. but if you do I have a system that works very well.

This group streams the game as well!!

So I am trying to watch these preseason games on NFL+ and...yeah. I guess I shouldn't be surprised this is the quality I am getting.

The commercials are crystal clear though. Hopefully it's just a day 1 issue.

I am getting that for a couple seconds when I change games, otherwise crystal clear

I have been going 2 years strong with YoutubeTV and Philly channels with no issues as well.

OK, I'm in Texas and I have YouTube TV.  How do I get Philly channels?  TIA!

Get down to Playland Pizza. Great pizza in a nice setting, near the Riverwalk.

ESPN+ is the same

Ill be watching a grainy ass game and then it cuts to a beautifully-detailed uniterrupted verizon commercial

I understand one is a live feed and the other is a recorded ad, but F that

So NFL+ seems to be working in my browser fine now. Must have just been a day 1 issue. It's kind of weird because I can't start a live game just by clicking the play button, I have to change to a non-live feed and then go back to the live one. At least it's working though.

Finally. I may pick up the Sunday Ticket again depending on who the new provider is. It is a worthy service for the NFL season, but Directv's servers were Fing awful. Constant lag, rubberbanding, buffering, etc. Had it for many years and their streaming app never was any good. Amazing considering how much money they were getting for it and how many subscribers they had.

Here is the game great stream

https://youtu.be/z23lyoZrmbs

I did the 7-day free trial of NFL+. Watched Birds v Jets last nite.

It's a horrible interface, and they began the broadcast almost 10 minutes into the game; I missed most of the first Eagles drive. However, once it started, the picture was crisp and consistent. Fun to get the Philly commercials!  It worked equally badly (interface, set up, navigation) on the phone and the TV.  But for $30/season, I'll prolly keep it.

I didn't find the interface that bad. It was straightforward. Agree on the crisp stream quality. And also enjoyed the Philly commercials (crap load of gambling though, I guess the NFL is all in). Also didn't like the broadcast starting late. Missed the first couple minutes of the game, but didn't miss the Eagles' first drive.

The broadcast started right at kickoff for me.

Eagles had the ball first, so if you missed the first couple minutes of the game, you missed half of the first drive.

Did I? I figured the Jets went 3 and out since the first drive was under 5min I believe and the Jets had the ball around the 8min mark.

Eagles got the opening kick off and scored the TD.

The reason the feed started late, is the game started 10 minutes late.

I was able to tune in when Quez Watkins caught a 28yard (around those yards) pass. Was pretty early in the drive I believe.

That was the first play after the opening kickoff.

the streaming-subscription for Sunday Ticket (minus having the DirecTV dish package) does have greater flexibility with apartments/condos/etc. now. I tried my address (technically zoned as a condo, even though they are townhouses) and it says ineligible. Based on Google street view, a dozen or more people have dishes in 2019ish. A year or so ago they re-roofed all the buildings, and as of today there are zero dishes on any of the townhouses. I think HOA essentially wiped out dishes with the new roof, so I might have to just call someone and mention that and see if they allow me to sign up. Hopefully the price is favorable -- especially if they limit it to a single stream at a time.
