No doubt there is a broad Executive Privilege shield for acts done while he was president. But he is subject to subpoena and obligated to testify truthfully while under oath about these acts.

Mistakes? Obamacare was as big as mistake as any president ever made.

They hid everything about it until they voted it in only to have it taken apart in the courts via the constitution.

Once the forced funding was gone they elected to subsidize it for three years well above the poverty line bracket.

There was that drone they allowed Iran to keep.

He drone attacked civilians. Not alleged civilians.

He allowed the Iranian military to board US military ships and hold service men prone at gun point.
