The Raiders also unveiled one as well.

Two teams unveiled white helmets: Bengals and Cowboys.

Two teams went with alternate colors: Texans with red helmets, and Bears with orange helmets.

So the trend is clearly black or the other primary color.  It's not very original.  Give credit where it's due, because the two teams that will look the best are the Cowboys and Giants.  Both are going with throwback helmets.  The Cowboys will go with the white helmet with the plain blue star, which they have worn for Thanksgiving games before.  The Giants are going with their 1980s look, including the darker helmet and "GIANTS" on the helmet.

I think the NFL is too restrictive on helmets.

Look at the Oregon Ducks helmets and uniforms.

Always different. Always(mostly) looking sharp.

Why does the NFL need to be so restrictive?

Must protect the shield...

I like them all. Although I do wish the Eagles would have gone with a white helmet instead of a black one.

Saints have a new black helmet too.
