The starters get their work in against other teams in a few high quality scrimmages. They don't play "vanilla" in these scrimmages, because no other teams are watching. So they work on their A material all the time on offense and defense. AND usually- no injuries. So it's not a SiriSoft™, weak ass type of camp at this point, but high quality stuff against another team.
