Cops have been doing their job well for the duration of their existence. Every once-in-awhile, cops do their job a little too well for the liking of their masters. The game comes across a little too transparently. Kill a **** out-rightly and the gig is up. 

However, kill that SOB slowly and your name gets attached to legislation you're sure will be a benefit in a campaign years hence.

That is probably what we need and will do the most to help. Doubt we see it on the national news (CNN, fox, MSNBC, etc). It might be covered online but I doubt we hear much on tv. Can't have people uniting. 

I was clearly speeding yesterday on my way home from the grocery store when I blew by a cop. He did not pull me over, and I appreciated it! Good cop!
