Russian trading volume is at an all time high, there's no doubt they're a huge piece of it. But that isn't ending any time soon There are fears that our administration would "block" Russian BTC accounts. But for the purposes of Russian citizens, many who are just innocent victims in all this, having Bitcoin to store their wealth and possibly go cross borders with it eventually is a great thing for them

February 28, 20223 yr Author One of the biggest opportunities in crypto going forward and just gets more obvious by the day is decentralized exchanges. Thorchain still just seems like such a ridiculously good opportunity. Layer 1 buying/selling/swapping/providing liquidity on Bitcoin and Ethereum. Nothing else can do that. On top of other tokens like stablecoins It's cool what Coinbase said about not unilaterally banning all Russian users. On Thorchain, that's not even a possibility.
