I'm gunna wait to see how low it goes. Then, when it shoots back up, I'll point to the low spot and go "yep, that's when I should have bought it"

Works every time

 I felt that.

So the Boyer's I work at we had a customer come in yester and dump all her change in at the coinstar..... Ended up having a 450 dollars in change, so she cashed it out in Bitcoin..... The moron brought the receipt to the register and legit thought Bitcoin was a physical coin and demanded her bitcoins LMAO! 😂😂😂

Not only that we have a bitcoin machine right next to it if you want to use your change for Bitcoin LMAO

Is this a good time to buy while the market is low or time to get out?

My opinion: it will go lower. Possibly a lot lower.

BTC is becoming more and more positively correlated with equities. The Eurozone and US are both headed towards recession, inflation is going to put a huge squeeze on discretionary spending, and I wouldn’t be shocked to see China make a play for Taiwan.

Going by your predictions in the Russia thread, seems like we can be sure Taiwan will be safe for the foreseeable future.

Bitcoin hasn't lost its previous cycle's top in its history. In 2017, that was about $20k

I wouldn’t be surprised to see $14K if things go badly in traditional markets.

Reminds me of 2018 and 2019 when everyone was calling for $1k again

Yeah I never said that. I said shorting it at any point is really stupid though. I still think that

I'm still not sure why you're here when it's tulips about to be banned by the government and BTC has no value. Doesn't seem like something I'd waste my time on

So if we go back to 2017 what was your prediction as to where the value would be 5 years later?

Bitcoin is going to at least $500k and I don't know when it will do that. That's about the only price prediction I've ever made. And quite frankly the only one that matters.

Well certainly there needs to be some sort of timeline included.  Saying "by 2600" isn't going to be very valuable.  Would you be inclined to say "within 15 years" or something along those lines?

I'll say $500k by 2030 at the latest

Block chain technology is super valuable and is here to stay.  Bitcoin is a brand and currently in pole position.  We've seen some others in that type of position before in other verticals/technologies who have failed spectacularly.  It is going to be an interesting and bumpy ride just like it has been for about 10 years already.  Betting on the Bitcoin brand alone is very risky of course.

What is the progress on their key attempts at creating barriers, e.g. patents, etc?

You need to watch this based on that response.

This last part shows how woefully uninformed many still are when it comes to this subject.

No time for that right now.  What's the point?

Because everything you think about blockchain and Bitcoin is hilariously wrong

So then tell me.  Other than the fact that blockchain is a technology used to create a cryptocurrency named "Bitcoin" and can easily be used to create other cryptocurrencies (and already is).

The video does. But if you don't watch it, it's your loss. I'd say this is something really worth getting correct information on
