Probably the biggest hurdle to mass adoption is the growing trend towards mobile computing which means less unused storage and more stringent power requirements prohibiting on-demand access.

The custody bank said Thursday it will hold, transfer and issue bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies on behalf of its asset-management clients. Custodians like BNY Mellon keep track of money managers’ assets—whether they are physical things like real estate or cash housed in an account with another bank—storing some themselves while attesting to the existence of others. February 18, 20214 yr I was finally able to get my ADA coins off an old computer. I thought they were gone forever because I forgot the wallet keys back in 2018. It's a really good day.
