• We know - We have 18 potential free agents or guys we don't expect back. 
• We don't know - who besides Hurts will Howie resign before free agency
• We don't know - how much will re-signing Hurts impact signing free agents and our own players. 

So  - let's speculate on who gets resigned.

• Graham - he's playing well and wants to be here for his whole career
• Pascal - he won't cost much and after all he's the teachers pet
• Lovato - long snappers don't cost much but good ones are hard to replace
• Opeta - Swumalo will be too expensive and we don't want to need 2 guards
• One of the linebackers (White or EdwardsU
• One of the safeties (Epps or CGJ)

That leaves the following losses  - 

• RB Sanders, RB Scott, G Seumalo, C Kelce, DT Hargrave, DT Cox, CB Bradberry, a linebacker, a safety, QB Minshew, T Dillard, DE Barnett
• Dean will replace th elost LB so we only need a depth player and Jurgens will replace Kelce so we'll need a backup center

12 losses - 7 draft picks, 2 of which are in the 7th round 

• How to get more picks - I love the idea of trading New Orleans 1st round pick for two picks (1 &1, 1&2, 1&3, or 2&3). which was previously posted on this forum. My guyes it's a 1 and a 2
• Trade down again a 1 for a 2 and a 3
• Now we hace two 1's, two 2's and two 3's a 4th and two 7th's

• Safety depth = Jabril Peppers
• Linebacker depth = Layton VanderEsch
• Backup QB - Drew Lock
• Back up RB  -resign Boston Scott

The draft - 

• 1 DT Brian Bresee, Clemson (replaces Cox)
• 1 CB Joey Porter, Penn State (replaces Bradberry)
• 2 RB Zach Charbonnet, UCLA (replaces Sanders)
• 2 S Jordan Battle, Alabama (replaces Epps or CGJ)
• 3 DE Andre Carter, Army (replaced Barnett)
• 3 G Andrew Vorhees, Southern Cal (replaces Seumalo)
• 4 C Ricky Stromberg, Arkansas (replaces Kelce and backs up Jurgins)
• 7 T Dawand Jones, Ohio State (replaces Dillard)
• 7 P Tory Taylor, Iowa (replaces Siposs)

Still need - LB depth, backup QB, backup RB, DT (maybe Marvin Wilson from the practice squad), quality S depth
