Wednesday Injury Report S CJ Gardner-Johnson (kidney) — DNP LB Patrick Johnson (ankle) — LP WR DeVonta Smith (groin) — LP WR Zach Pascal (groin) — LP The Eagles held a walkthrough today, so the practice report is an estimation. Gardner Johnson exited last week’s game in the first quarter with what Sirianni confirmed as a lacerated kidney. Philadelphia has yet to place their star safety on injured reserve. DeVonta Smith has been banged up recently, getting medical attention in the each of the last two games. Pascal is a new addition to the report. December 2, 20222 yr Smith was on the injury report last week but at least both he and Pascal were LP not DNP. I think they should look to use Pascal a little more inside and on screens. I know he's not as good as Goedert but I think he could play a nice role for this team. We need more of a physical presence in the middle of the field.
