They used outstanding defense and timely offense to beat the Colts. They used great offense and timely defense to beat the Packers. It sure would be great to see both sides of the ball play well today. The defense will have plenty of big DL available. Jordan Davis is active and will join Cox, Hargrave, Joseph and Suh. I’m interested to see what Jonathan Gannon does with these guys. Will he just rotate them a lot or will there be some big looks? With Quinn out, you could see Cox or Milton Williams get some DE snaps. Quinn wasn’t playing a lot, but he was part of the rotation. I am looking forward to seeing Davis back in action. He said he’s dropped a few pounds. He should have fresh legs after missing the last month. It would be great to see Davis playing at a high level. He could give the run defense a nice boost. Jalen Hurts ran wild last week. He might need to rely more on his arm in this game. The Titans struggle vs the pass. Hurts has a healthy set of receivers to work with so I expect him to be able to make plays. It will be interesting to see if Quez Watkins can continue his hot streak. He’s made big plays in the last three games and has scored TDs the last two weeks. His confidence should be growing every time out. The Eagles OL will go up against a big, physical DL. This will be a fun battle. DT Jeffrey Simmons is their best player and is outstanding. He will be a handful. And of course there is the weekly mystery with STs. Will they make any key plays? That hasn’t happened often. Will they make a key mistake? Unfortunately, that has happened too often. I’m excited for the Eagles to be playing a good team in a big game.
