Now that's an old person candy bar that I wish would come back. Only place I've ever seen them was in the midwest when I was a kid visiting my grandparents. Kind of like butterfingers but 100x better.

This is the problem, like 80% of the time they aren't fresh which makes them chewy and gross.  A fresh Butterfinger is crispy and breaks into buttery shards in your mouth.  In my experience this is especially a problem for the mini versions given out at Halloween.  It's kind of nuts (har har) that a product with such a terrible track record for consistency has lasted for eternity.
