I was wondering what he does now.  I was watching an old video on him and thought of him.  Does he still do the anthem and what was his level of blindness?

Heard he grew up to be John Cena

I always find it cringeworthy when they bring him out to sing the national anthem now that he's an adult. As a kid, he had a really good voice "for a kid". But as an adult, he's actually pretty bad. Sure, I guess he'd sound good in a barroom but compared to professional singers, nope.

Yeah, but it's not American Idol. If it brings the local guy joy in a life that has to be really hard I'm fine with it.

I liked the rendition by the Navy vet from 2017, I'd vote to have him do it any time we can get him to Philly, along with Challenger the Eagle.
