I presume this is merely to the practice squad with the agreement that he will be activated for the games. They don't need to dedicate a spot on the active roster for him. I would guess they'll do the same for Kern. For the time being, that is. After three such elevations a player would have to be on the 53-man roster to actually play in the games.

Then you put Siposs on IR and use that spot to activate Goedert. Then your two PS elevations for this week are Kern and Harris. Only downside to that is that Christian Elliss can't be activated too.

Insurance, in case Blankeneship is unable to play against the Cowgirls. Wallace will be enough against Da Bears.

Had to do something for depth while the injured guys get healthy.  At this point in the season you're always scraping the bottom of the barrel.  At least he is a former Eagle that knows the scheme.

Depth needed regardless, but he’s better than Wallace and Wallace is starting until CJGJ or Blankenship return.

I suspect w Kern that Siposs goes to IR. Not sure how that would affect the decision of whether or not to sign Kern to the active roster, but as a practical matter, Siposs very well may have played his last game as an Eagle.

#42 can’t cover. Won’t be on the Eagles next year.  A bum.

He knows the system and he's better than Wallace so it makes sense.

Not a big Harris fan, but he’s better than Wallace. Which is disappointing because I was high on K’Von when they drafted him. 

Did he play against Dallas? Don't remember seeing him. Wtf were they thinking with Scott? So angry about that 

In light of Maddox injury, can Harris play NCB?  He may be better than whom are on the bench.  If CJGJ is back healthy, he would be the better choice.  But they may want to give him more time to heal and be ready for the playoff.

 

It’s a mess with any of these backups playing, especially against good QBs.
