And the Eagles have shown multiple game plans this year. The only reason Jalen should not play is because he is not 100%. Stop being afraid, its the Cowboys.

Sometimes it takes a division rival to ruin a season. Plus I don't want to give Cowboys any chance for extra film/game plans against Hurts and Eagles offense especially if they play each other in Playoffs. Cowboys ruined Eagles 2009 season. Washington temporarily put a blueprint to beat Eagles this season. Eagles put out a blueprint to make Micah Parsons less effective.

December 21, 20222 yr If he's not healthy, no. There's no reason to risk making the sprain worse. Yeah, I'd love to beat Dallas in Dallas, but I'd rather have a healthy QB for the playoffs.
December 21, 20222 yr Yes I want him to play. So many people worry about playing a team 3 times. It works both ways. Rather him play, beat their asses, then he can rest (play less) final 2 weeks, plus the bye. If he's feeling good and docs clear him, he has to play.

December 21, 20222 yr If he’s healthy yes, but if he’s not and another week could ensure he will be healthy then no. The goals need to be bigger than "beating the cowboys” still. I got those goals when we would win two games a year, but now we are trying to win championships.
December 21, 20222 yr It's simply not worth the risk. Rest him up and have him 100% against the Saints or Giants. I have a good feeling the Cowboys/Vikings/Niners will lose a game before our Giants game so we will clinch the 1 seed even if we lose both the next 2 games.
December 21, 20222 yr Yes, but no. I want him to play if the injury is just 'gamesmanship'. No, I don't want him to play if it isn't just that. I want to win all three of the remaining regular season games, but winning a single game is all we need. So if there's a true risk, then let him sit. Losing to the Cowboys doesn't lose us HFA, not that we can't win with Cashew. I'm just more unsure about him than Hurts.
December 21, 20222 yr Simply put... No. He's not fully healthy and we don't need him to play. Let him rest up and let's see what happens. I think we may have enough to beat the Cowboys without him so why risk further injury? It feels like an injury that he could absolutely make worse.
December 21, 20222 yr Leaning no. I was hopeful that Hurts would at least be an LP today, but he wasn't even there. At this point, unless he is FP tomorrow, it doesn't make sense to put him out there. Good news is that Dallas is teetering on the edge, they should have lost to HOU and are coming of an embarrassing loss. We don't need to play our A game to win, just need the O to limit mistakes and the D to keep getting sacks. Should be a doable win.

What people are saying is they want Hurts healthy. Goedert was ready to play by the Bears game, but they held him out for this Dallas game. Not that big of a deal.

We have had discussions about Hurts, you know where I stand. I want Hurts healthy before he plays, I want to have to spend an unhealthy amount of money on Super Bowl champs SWAG.
