Yes arrogance for sure IMO. I think last week Sirianni said "we're not going to change what we do offensively". That is arrogance and I believe it put far too much undue pressure upon Minshew to step into Hurts shoes. Minshew should have been a handing off with the occasional play action pass.

The NFL always plays teams alive for the division or a last playoff spot at the same time. Its a betting / ratings thing.

You can't bet on the Cowboys starters for a 4pm game if the Eagles win at 1 and then the Cowboys go to backups in a meaningless game.

Pretty much. This team was built to win now, not later. When they pay Hurts the talent pool is going to diminish a lot.

Minshew is not Hurts, he doesn't present the same threat that Hurts does when he runs the RPO so why put him in that position. Between him dancing in the pocket and his floating passes they should've just been run heavy.

We called RPO today. Well hello!!!!!!!!! That only works if the QB actually poses a threat of the run!!!

There were multiple times that he could have kept the ball and ran for 20+ yards.  They didn't even attempt it so they weren't buying  it at all. and just crashing down on him.

I want to hear Sirianni admit what an idiot he was this week and today.

This loss lies in so many places. It’s hard to put it in one. But Minshew was awful, the playcalling was awful, the o line didn’t play well, ref’s were a joke, injuries again and add another key loss to the list, etc.

Bradberry is gone. Seamalu might be gone. CGJ should be tough to keep. Kelce will retire. Sanders will be gone. I think TJ Edwards is up for $$$. Cox and Graham most likely gone.
 It’s gonna be a different team next season, but with the draft and F/A, along with the remaining pieces we have in place, we should still be a top end team.

Exactly my point. If the QB never keeps it, then the D will always play the rb. Stupid game plan by stupid coaches who couldn't adjust.
