Posted January 2, 20232 yr We solve nothing. Nothing we do here in the United States will matter if the world's largest polluters are not participating.

Yea probably has something to do with us shipping all our manufacturing to china, India, Mexico. If clowns in charge were actually worried about the climate they’d force companies selling here but manufacturing there they would tax them more until they go green there, put in solar panels, all that crap they want us to do here.

Well yea if they had to sign up for them it would be less money they can pay to politicians here and there.
January 2, 20232 yr Author Just want everyone onboard. It takes a village.....err a planet. I'll eat bugs. But we gotta stop making Nikes and iPhones. And change how we outsource our pollution.

January 3, 20232 yr According to Hershel Walker we are just going green so we can give our clean air to China....

Regardless of whether or not the Chinese are doing their part.
January 4, 20232 yr The shortsighted, it burns. Our ridiculously draconian measures are not only penalizing US citizens, less affluent ones the most, it is incentivizing China, India and Mexico to not do anything, which, if you believe what the climate hucksters say, will actually make things worse globally. We have cleaner air and water, and no one is suggesting we backslide on that. What we should not keep doing is forcing everyone into unproven technologies that we're nowhere near ready for.
January 4, 20232 yr This blue marble has to warm up a lot at some point. It always has. At least the Smithsonian study strongly suggests it. At the end of the day, for humans, a warmer Earth is always preferential to a colder one. Suncreen > parkas and mukluks.

If solar and wind are the answer, then our companies manufacturing overseas should be forced to go green and all that. But that won’t help line politicians pockets, so here we are doing nothing.
