Really.  When some fan is talking about how may Super Bowls we have won, you don’t retort with individual awards won ??

Hell naw brah! Only individual thing I care about is getting into the Hall of Fame. A career worth of work.

Without looking it up, who's the last MVP to win the Super Bowl and MVP in the same season?

It was either Faulk or Warner.  Warner I believe.

Yea, Warner

Yes.  Hurts has been through a lot and the team feeds off his desire to prove the doubters wrong.  His story is pretty incredible actually.  If we pull this off, we will owe him a debt of gratitude for persevering.  And our guys not getting nominated for awards only adds more fuel to the fire.  Between the home crowd and the teams’ high emotions, expect the Eagles to come out on fire on Sunday.  The 49ers will have to match our intensity early or we could jump to a big lead like last game.

Funny how certain guys around here say Wentz won an MVP award that he didn’t suddenly don’t care about said award…. Anyways I don’t care about any of these awards except the SB MVP. Sirianni bringing a Championship to Philly is bigger. BG winning his second SB cements him as one of the greatest ever in Philly along with Cox, Johnson, and Kelce. Roseman looks like a championship architect. Hurts looks vindicated. Winning is greater than any accolades.

Who said that ??

Eagles have been getting disrespected all year..........people complained about a "soft schedule", that Dallas was better with worse record, that the NFC was weak, the vegas oddsmakers, the "expert" predictions of losing to Giants in the playoffs.........all f------ year.

Sirianni had the Eagles on a mission this year.....it even took fans a while to notice it.  But their approach to games was focused and consistent, their reaction to losses was not a disruption, not looking ahead to a certain opponent or the playoffs........a  team with a goal in mind but focused on the next step.

I think the eagles are pissed that they've been downplayed all year.....and now they have to listen to "how good the 49ers" are.  The Eagles are pissed, at home, gonna be a little chilly with a juiced upi LInc........I think they slowly strangle the 49ers.

Eagles 27  49ers 17

Super bowl bound......

Sirianni, BG and biggest surprise Reddick have all not even made to be finalists. Doubt he does, but I hope Hurts doesn't win league MVP. I'm hoping this will motivate the team even more.

2 more wins baby!! LFG!!

FLY EAGLES FLY!!

So when Sirianni beats the 49ers does that mean he basically beat every Coach of the Year finalists?

Who cares, only 5 coaches of the year since 87 have been to a Super Bowl.  Only two have won it.

That's fine...it will all end up in Kelce's next speech!!!
