Hey everyone,

I saw others shopping for tickets so I thought I would start a thread for updates on prices. Both Tickpick and Seatgeek are loaded with scalpers. Prices in some sections have dropped around 15% - 20% overnight. I would watch those websites verses Ticketmaster. These scalpers are going to get clapped. There are WAY too many available.

Just be patient if you are trying to pick up a ticket. See the chart below.

In order for me to ever want to buy a Super Bowl ticket, at their high prices, we'll need A LOT more people to use our Amazon link than currently are!

The Super Bowl is best enjoyed on TV. The whole event is produced for a television audience and the fans who pay through the nose for tickets are mere extras. Security lines are nightmarishly long, prices for concessions are absurd and once you settle in, the amount of time spent watching people actually play football is dwarfed by the endless breaks in the action, the halftime show (which you can't really see in person) and so on.

Save your money.  Or bet it on the Eagles.

Today, Thursday, Stub Hub prices are listed at 3 grand for one ticket, down from 5 grand just a couple of days ago.  But then you add their insane fee and various charges, and its up to 4000.  The seat selection at the lowest prices is improving too, i.e. its not just the last few rows in the stadium. The "OnLocation" packages on the Eagles website are down too, down to 3000.  Lets hope faith is rewarded for those of us who want to go.  Having gone with my dad in 2005, i dont regret it for a second.

To anyone going have a blast I'm jealous! FLY EAGLES FLY
