No one else here seems to find such a concept hard to grasp except yourself. Then you opine that I am speaking in absolutes in a post where I very obviously implied that there are no absolutes. There is, however, one absolute when it comes to the matter. It’s this video: Yea, no. You saw a post that triggered you emotionally and you came in to try to dispute it using a bunch of semantics. When I called you on it, you moved the goal posts to say that nobody could "know for sure" what the origins of the virus were. That was never the argument, nor was it ever implied. So yes, you did reframe the argument in absolutes. Stop pretending like you're smarter than everyone in here. You are only embarrassing yourself.

Says the guy who saw an article, didn't read past the headline before coming here to post it, then started crying when multiple people pointed out it wasn't the smoking gun he hoped it was.

Nobody cries harder than you my friend. But I will admit that it has been entertaining to watch the usual suspects come in here and defend the party narrative.

When the battle is between CCP safety corner cutting and the sanitary conditions of a mainland Chinese wet market, it’s honestly hard to pick a side. I don’t understand what’s so complicated about accepting that we don’t know.

You made a post, I defined the parameters of what that post meant, and then attacked the point you made. Go cry in your safe space.

The point here is that multiple federal agencies have now shifted their assessment of the origin of the virus from natural to lab leak. Why you all feel the need to so desperately debate this is beyond me. It's printed everywhere in black and white.

Also, there was no new evidence presented to them to make this assessment that they themselves do not have much confidence in.

Why you all feel the need to so desperately debate this is beyond me. It's printed everywhere in black and white. Dear God you're dumb. That's not what happened here. The CIA never shifted their assessment from natural zoonosis to lab leak. Until now, they were one of 2 intel agencies that were undecided and had yet to reach an assessment. The CIA now joins 2 other agencies, the DOE and FBI, in a low confidence assessment of lab leak, while 4 other agencies and the national intelligence panel still maintain their assessment of natural zoonosis. Read more, post less.

The real question is why are you all so desperate to ensure that nobody ever thinks that the virus could have come from a lab leak?

The CIA never once made a natural origin assessment. Show me one credible source that reports the CIA previously assessing a natural origin rather than undecided. Since you seem so confident it should be easy, right? Or would you rather everyone continue to mock you for the illiterate rube that you are?
