I love how Syracuse is coaching their DBs year in and year out. Garrett Williams is one of my favorite Dbs in this draft and would likely be talked about one of the top CBs in the draft had it not been for the ACL tear in Oct 2022. The ACL tear put Williams in a weird spot but I think he is going to be baller in the NFL. He has the ball skills, the aggressiveness and the IQ to play at the next level. Given this year's CB group Williams is on the shorter side but 6'0" (assuming that's how he measures) is good enough. If the Eagles decide to go elsewhere outside of CB in the 1st round then Williams would be a great pick in the 2nd or 3rd round should he drop that far. I know everyone is going to bring up Sidney Jones but Jones tore is Achilles which is a more severe injury. ACLs are "easier" to come back from in today's medical environment.

 

 

Worth a 3rd round shot. (not second) I would be ok with coming out with 2 DBs and 2 DL in this draft. They need to trade back though.

 

He would be a steal in the third round. Really good cover guy.
