Agreed. McDonald is definitely intriguing. From my understanding he could have been even more dominant if used properly. I wouldn't be upset having either one at 30.

I don’t like him at #10 but at #30 I’m in. He COULD be another Hassan Reddick, but far from a sure thing. 

Peter King says the Birds like this kid. I'm not a fan of taking him at #10 though

He’s an athletic freak so I do like that about him. #10 does feel a little high though I agree.

I fell asleep before our pick and when I woke up I couldn’t believe it. We got my #1 guy that I thought we had no chance at and also got the guy I thought we might take at 10 if he wasn’t there… but at 30. Wooooooow howie.

At Georgia he played on both sides of the ball.  I want to see Graham Davis Carter Sweat on DL and Reddick Dean Smith at LB on field at the same time.

I'm fine with getting Smith at #30.  I would have been happy with either him or Branch.  We had an amazing Round #1.

But the announcement of the pick was embarrassing.  Kelce's Mom was great, of course.  But the other guys were complete dorks.

Detroit is now my case study... they seem to have done the unthinkable in this era of NFL football. They went RB, OFF ball LB, TE, Safety and QB. And no trenches in their first 5 picks.
