So the laptop is real?

It came out a long time ago that the laptop was real. The issue is that it passed hands from criminal to criminal, so any information on it is compromised, even the cross-eyed dude admits it under oath.

You’d think since Watergate, Republicans would’ve learned their lesson to stop stealing evidence they want to use against their political rivals but they never seem to.

Hunter signed the agreement.  Case closed.  Speaking of closed, seems like the Republicans might be closing in which led to this obviously desperate lawsuit

I love how people see a crime, but find it morally fine, because they believe it helps own the other side.

Our politics seem to sort us all into blind idiots

  I sign an agreement with the guy who fixes my car. Doesn’t mean he can sell it to the highest bidder the minute I walk out.

It does when you abandon it at the garage.

So I guess that means when you find naked pictures of someone in the car you're free to spread them around on the internet. This law stuff is fascinating.

not unless it's specifically stated in contract, but you knew that, didn't you ?

I think Hunter should be impeached. He clearly isn't fit to hold office.

If he cashes in on this lawsuit he'll be my all-time hero

dude's the very definition of living the dream

There should be a point-counterpoint show with Hunter & Tucker

State law. Even better.

assuming all states have the same law with the same parameters and time tables on forfeiture. which they don't.  you should just walk away from this already horribly weak analogy. but you won't.

I don't have to. You're more a troll than any type of intellectual threat.

I'll survive anything you can put down in this forum rot pocket.

That’s only true for tangible property like the laptop itself. It’s a different story with intangible property, such as pics, a diary, etc. The title of the abandoned car would transfer to the garage but not an unpublished book left in the car. But I’m nowhere close to being a lawyer so…..

Its not his laptop so I wouldn't worry about it.

If it was his and he signed the agreement before abandoning it, this will be glorious.
