Unfortunately, those changes needed to be spelled out. If someone insists that their account be deleted and all of their content removed, that's at the discretion of the board administrators. If the account is deleted, any content not deleted will be credited to 'Guest' as the author of that content, (though if it had been quoted, the defunct username may still show).
