The kind of Info Trump retained involves nuclear weapons, and military attack plans. Far more serious and relates more to national security than the info that the others had. That's one difference. They seized over 102 documents with classified markings. 17 of which are marked Top Secret and a total of 12,000 total documents. Another difference. Trump obstructed the return of documents. Biden and Pence turned them over when discovered. They cooperated fully. That's another difference. 3 strikes. You're out. p.s. Trump faces over 400 years in prison if convicted of all 31 Counts.
June 11, 20232 yr One thing Trump and the Republicans are counting on, is Trump winning and then Pardoning himself. Now, I doubt a President has the power to do that. But, one thing his clear. He doesn't have the power to Pardon himself for State Crimes. Trump is facing indictment in NY and at the end of July will be facing indictment in Georgia. A RICO charge is between 5-20 years in Georgia.

The credibility meter on this one is low.
