April 2, 20232 yr He was 11-2 in must win games as an Eagles QB. His passer rating in those games: 131.7 124.4 105.0 115.8 59.4 (cold and windy Christmas Night vs Oakland) 100.1 (cold and windy vs Atlanta) 104.4 106.1 89.4 120.4 102.1 77.7 (Bears 4th quarter 4th down comeback / Double Doink) 61.4 26 TDs to 9 picks and 2 of the picks bounced off Alshon Jeffery Both loses were due to terrible drops (Cooper and Alshon both vs New Orleans) I can only think of 1 really bad throw over all 13 games (the failure to lead Ertz enough on the Lattimore pick up 14-0 on New Orleans in that last game) He was like Boston Scott vs NY only in big games instead of against 1 team.
April 3, 20232 yr Wouldn't surprise me if there's a movie about his time in Philly some day. How do you have 2013 and 2017 but struggle with every other team?

Don't forget this one. He actually looked pretty bad that entire first half against Atlanta. Was basically unstoppable the rest of the playoffs, as we all know.
April 5, 20232 yr Felt like he never really got a fair shot in his entire pro career. Even here he wasn't wanted by Chip and was dealt for a Sam "Bust" Bradford. Then when he came back they chose Wentz over him (which I get, but I was one of the few that would've been fool enough to sign Foles instead of Carson). Every other place either had their guy (Chiefs/Mahomes), or it was a bad team (Jags on the decline, Rams with Fisher, and the Bears and Indy were both meh).

Even the RB coming out of the backfield was open. Nick threw that pass into like quadruple coverage. Some things were just meant to be.

Be sure to ignore the laser throw to the sidelines in the same conditions. 76.7% at 8.2 per attempt in that and you point out 1 throw. 🤣 How did career 100+ playoff rating Matt Ryan look that day? 61.1% at 5.83 The truth annihilates pathetic cold takes all day and every day.

Was just responding to this, Chuckles - "I can only think of 1 really bad throw over all 13 games (the failure to lead Ertz enough on the Lattimore pick up 14-0 on New Orleans in that last game)" Give me a few minutes to recover from being annihilated by you. 🤣

LG scored on the drive. 3- What happened on the very next play after the one you linked? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z05WIkCvgjU
April 7, 20232 yr Sweet Jeebus... what makes you think I was "proud" of that play? You said he had one bad pass in 13 games. I said he had more than one. I said Foles had a great run from the second half of that game on. An incredible run. Let it go. I don't understand why you're trying to argue. We're basically agreeing on the big picture here.
