I do believe that if Carter is gone a trade down is in the card. My previous 2 mocks were based on him going before our pick. This mock assumes he's there and becomes an Eagle. It makes adding all the picks I think we need to fill our needs harder, but we get a perenial all-pro in Carter,

Let's face it, our free aagent losses were significant. Aside from Mariota (for Minshew), Penny (for Sanders) Dean (for White) and Edmunds (for Epps) we really didn't replace quality with quality.  We need quality replacements at DT (Hargrave), LB (Edwards), S (CGJ), G (Seumalo), T (Dillard) or WR (pascal) and this draft adresses those needs. So here it goes - 

• 1-Pick 10  - DT Jalen Carter Georgia. Hargraves replacement
• 1-Pick 30 (Trade) - Seattle want the 5th quaterback, Herndon Hooker and the 5th year that comes with a 1st round selection. They pay a premium  - a 2 poick 37 (530 trade value chart points tvc) and a 3rd pick 83 ( 175 tvc points). Pick 30 is worth 630 tvc points so Howie has a 75 point value advantage. 
• 2-Pick 37 - LB Drew Sanders, Arkansas.  Edwards replacementy. The #1 LB in this draft is either Sanders or Simpson. Simpson is 225 and we already have 220 pound Nakobi Dean at LB so I'll take the bigger guy and he's faster than Simpson 4..53 vs 4.65
• 2-Pick 62 (Trade) Las Vegas want somone in particular and we move our pick for a 3rd, pick 70 and a 4th, pick 109. Howie gets value again - we get 316 in tvc value and give up 284. 
• 3-Pick 70 - OT Blake Freeland BYU. Dillards replacement
• 3-Pick 83 - Trade. S Budda Baker, Arizona. CGJ's replacement. Now our safety room can be considered solid. 
• 3-Pick 94 - Trade. Indy moves up. We get pick 106 and 138. Guess what? Even trade we get and we give 119 vs 124 on the tvc. 
• 4-106 - G/T Tyler Steen Alabama. Seumalo's replacement. Steen and Dickerson, the Alabama boys, man the interior for 10 years. 
• 4-109 - WR Jonathan Mingo, Mississippi. Pascal's replacement. At 6'2" 224 and 4.46 he's more than a replacement for Zach PAscal
• 5-138 - CB Riley Moss
• 7-219 - Edge Thomas Incoom, Central Michigab
• 7-248 - P Brad Robbins, Michigan
