Overhyped.  Dude had one good year and then fell straight off the cliff. 

 

His history of concussions over the last 2 seasons is probably a big reason that he's not signed..that and his agent trying to get way more money then what he's worth at this point.

Yeah I’d agree though I suspect that value will drop and eventually he’ll sign somewhere. Could also be that as a veteran he doesn’t want to go through TC? Wouldn’t be the first player to play it that way.

That would be pretty stupid for a WR --- especially a WR on a new team.

 

Usually, FAs that haven't signed at this point are unsigned because they were overvaluing themselves and never received an offer they felt they deserved. Having no impact and little production on a bad team the last 2 years has made him a vet minimum kind of guy. He'll have to accept a 'prove-it" deal now, but by waiting so long, he'll have to wait for a desperate team to call. He might be waiting for that call halfway into the season.
