I think Hunter Biden could probably answer that (tax evasion related) question. If a Statute of limitations has expired, someone could confess and give all of the evidence against themselves and show how they committed some crime, but because of the statute of limitations, they can't be prosecuted. I have no idea if this situation would have a statute of limitations, I think there is one, but I'm not sure.

Suppose Bill Clinton can't be prosecuted on this because it was so long ago, so he comes out and admits the crimes (which would never happen due to potential civil cases that would then open up... but just assume he did).

The Hawking memes are funny but, IDK, how potentially culpable is the guy really?  Can he move his body at all?  To my knowledge he can move his finger to guide his chair but not much else.  Point being, he wouldn't be able to force himself on anyone.  Sure, he could and should say no to an underage girl climbing on top, but could he physically stop her from doing so?  The thought of the electronic voice saying "yes, yes, yes....." to the underage girl is certainly creepy, his culpability just seems a little less then the other predators.  Am I wrong about that?
