2017 Jake Elliott kicks a 61 yard FG, later in the season the Eagles beat the Rams and the Vikings... and go on to win the Super Bowl.

Sounds like a prediction for 2023. I like the way the season is going so far...

I like it 👍

THEY DID IT AND MADE EAGLES HISTORY.  5-0 IN BACK TO BACK SEASONS FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER.  Well another road win for the Birds.  This one we left some points out there but the Defense really stepped up and had a bounce back game.  It wasn't looking good in the 1st half but they shut down Stafford, Kupp and the Rams in the 2nd Half.   Eagles Offense continues to have long drive after long drive.   Over 400 Total yards of Offense in 4 Straight Games.  4 straight game with a 127 Yard WR.  Goedert Finally breaks out.  Devonta didn't have his greatest game today but again there's only one ball.  Jalen and Swift carried the running game to over 150 Yards Rushing.  I think the Rams Offense has a lot of talent so to shut them down in the 2nd Half.  Again good bounce back game by the Defense.   Once again, it wasn't perfect and there are things to still clean up in the redzone.  Obviously we should have scored more than 23 points.   But 5-0 is 5-0.  Look at those Offensive numbers people.  WE have so many superstars on Offense.   Also Great Job O-Line.

Nothing. 2 or 3 catches maybe 17 yards. Could have had a td but Hurts missed him wide open in the end zone.

50/50 chance he drops it anyway

But Campbells/Chunky Soup made him likeable - just like McNabb - oh nevermind.

Screen pass to him, had an easy first down but decided to run into a tackle

So he had bad vision on a screen short of a first down and fans want to run him out of town???

The way people are talking one would think he dropped a baby being thrown out a burning building...😒

Yup I was thinking the same thing.

He had terrible vision. Ran straight into the tackle when he had an easy first down.

Still bitter from last year

Is the first time in team history that they went 5-0 in back to back seasons?

Yup 👍

It was good to see adjustments made by the D in second half.

I think. In modern history at least.

Yes

22-1.

We haven’t played our best and we are undefeated.

Very true. Tougher teams are ahead but as long as the Eagles steadily improve, they can beat anybody.

On to the Jets.

That was a solid game and as solid a 4 quarters as we've played since last year,  should have been home and hosed well before the end.

They need to open up the playbook in the redzone, we're predictable and we're having to settle for three's because of it, and I assume it's Stoutland as run coordinator who keeps taking Swift out for Gainwell, he needs to stop it, it was annoying when Duce used to pull that nonsense, Swift is the best back on the team by a distance, if he's fit he shouldn't be sharing snaps.

But we're 5-0 and the last two weeks we've been better than the scoreboard, you can't do any better.

Yup. Gotta credit DeSai and a greater effort from our D.

I agree it held him back, but he still a farcry from last year. Outside of those two plays, he hasn't been a factor this game either.

He gets held 5-10 times a game and it never gets called, so that has negated a lot

Donald held to only 4 tackles.

The NFL is Fing rigged for the Chiefs.  Now they let them play and pick up a flag.  It so obvious

When you have talent on the roster that disappears at times, they can show up at any moment to make big plays.

Where did this narrative come from that Quez has butter fingers and can't catch.

Eagles fans are so hyperbolic.

OZ had one drop and one catch last week and you'd think according to eagles fans he's Jerry Rice

Quez comes up short on a screen and all the sudden he's Na Brown???

Eagles fans need to slow their roll with Quez, it's tiresome.

If you're still mad about the Quez super bowl drop you should be more mad that the DB in coverage on that play had his arm wrapped around Quez and tugged him way before the ball got there, those same refs that called the same on bradberry swallowed their whistles on a play more egregious and obvious against Quez.

Not just that play....but his overall body of work since he's been here. I kinda don't fault Hurts for not looking his way when he became wide open for that missed TD opportunity. Players take mental notes too and it finally seems Hurts lost confidence in him to do anything.
