Without that INT they would have won <_<

There’s a reason why their record is so bad when he doesn’t play. You go from a guy who never gives up sacks to a guy who is a turnstile. He can’t be the guy next week.

Exactly. I dont think alot of people who are complaining are adding in that huge factor......it really really makes a difference....but after this loss, these people aren't really trying to hear this.....

They’re 5-1. Chill out you Fing retards.

For all the injuries the Defense played well although the jets are a turd

3rd and ten they throw for two. Fourth and 8 and they bomb it. Dumb. We deserved to lose to a bottom dweller like the jets. I'm done with football for the week.

I don’t even know what were the other options there. It looked like Gainwell broke loose and probably could’ve gotten a first. That’s about all that was open. Why are we even calling a play like that? That’s the one thing they weren’t trying to give up.

Yeah but wit ha tough schedule ahead you can't lose these games

lions and niners in the nfc championship game. The jets just gave the blue print to beating Jalen. Blitz like theirs no Tomm. I’m actually jealous of that defense. I’ve been dreaming of that since Jim left us way to early

Stop with the blueprint to beating Jalen.  He’s 22-2 in his last 24 starts.  If the blueprint was that easy he wouldn’t have that record.

With a few more TD's they would've won too. Look Hurts absolutely stunk in the 2nd half and in the clutch moment he FAILED. Now, Johnson, the OC had a lot to do with that. He should be fired.

I’m not at all impressed by anything brian johnson has shown.  Terrible game plan and playcalling all day

Yup he's been pretty bad all year

He's got a ton of talent but all year it just seems like the talent is doing all they can to overcome the play calling.

The red zone offense has been downright atrocious and most of that I attribute to play calling and mind boggling personnel down there.

Most of the offensive struggles I attribute to Johnson and I was a big fan of his as a Ute alma mater.

6 games has been enough though for me to call it and say he sucks

I doubt they learn anything from this. Hurts will just talk about flushing a deuce again or some such nonsense. Sirianni will echo that rather than accept that his OC is an ABJECT FAILURE at his job.

Yup, they'll learn nothing from this and my respect for Siri will cotinue to wain.

The playbook should have been ripped from Johnson's hands weeks ago, I think all of us knew this was coming and were waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Because- and just a stretch here- maybe they’re not really that good. Maybe this is their ceiling.

Even more frustrating is our secondary is so banged up they’re all of those guys who aren’t ready to play have to. 2 of the 5 starting linemen are out. The injury bug they mostly escaped last season is hitting them hard now.

Be happy with .500 over that stretch.

its like this team doesn't have any situational awareness

two weeks ago almost lose to commanders by scoring too quickly

then only up 2 throw an int on third down

O coordinator is over his head. Defense is no different. I don't think they have a safety that can start for another NFL team. If they don't get some secondary help they'll be losing a lot of games

People will try to downplay this loss.  "Losses happen in the NFL."  "They're still in first."

No.  This is a disastrous, potentially season-changing loss.  Great QBs do not lose that way.  Great coaches do not lose that way.  This will be a scar.

Losing Lane Johnson was a big factor in the loss, but I believe it’s the other Johnson who is more of an issue; Brian Johnson.  His unimaginative/simplistic schemes. His near complete abandonment of any run game and leaving the backfield empty in early downs is unconscionable. Hurts looked the worst I’ve ever seen in recent memory and I believe that’s due to his style and failure to adjust. Jets have a good D line, but their secondary was exploitable and we struggled mightily. OC epic failure and kudos to the Jets for exploiting that failure.

and they never will as long as Johnson is calling plays

Brian Effing Johnson, that’s why.

5-1 against a bunch of bums that won’t sniff the playoffs lmao. (Besides the Buccs from their ass division)

Probably will still win the division and get a tough schedule next year

Oh, I think that's it. Coaching is also making them worse.
