How do you delay on the opening play?

This team will not go far if they can’t figure out how to score in the red zone. 1st and goal from the Miami 9yd line and they settle for a damn field goal.

They do it every game. Evertime they get into the RZ they waste 1 or 2 plays on QB runs that gain nothing or go negative.   

Delay of game good lord. Took them like 5 seconds to call it.
