Yeah, skimming that Twitter thread started going down a dark and winding path that I have no desire to walk down. On the surface there's a lot of highly coincidental aspects of it that can make you raise an eyebrow, but I'd hardly say it was concrete evidence. Most likely it's nothing but QAnon stirring the 'ol sheet pot like usual.
