I'd say the Chiefs are in an even worse position, but their division isn't like the NFC East. Chiefs have the luxury of having been to a bunch of SB's and winning 2 recently though. Eagles have been to 2 and won one recently. Neither conference is particularly strong. A lot of top teams are knocked out due to QB injuries and many teams aren't healthy. They have beaten the teams they would be facing in the playoffs outside of the 49ers and they didn't play Detroit.
