Sirianni-good bad or indifferent- has lost the team because he is unable to salvage one spark of hope during this epic collapse. But it’s not all on him. Lurie and Roseman have stood by (or meddled) as this team has completely and inexplicably crashed and burned in a most embarrassing, shameful manner. The entire coaching staff needs to go; a new culture and philosophy established, and a priority placed on gathering coaches who excel at developing talent. This is not just a collapse; it is an epic failure on a scale that simply cannot go without demanding accountability. I cannot even entertain watching a playoff game; they simply don’t deserve to be there, they’re not hungry, and this team has lost its swagger. Today I am ashamed to be a fan. 

Just keep throwing guys. It’ll work eventually.
