False. I saw on several plays he had receivers to throw to but just bailed too soon and ran to nowhere. It's not all him, but he's apart of this. He doesn't elevate average players through his own play and that is a big problem. I feel bad for all those who received a Hurts jersey for XMAS. 

Even if they would have won last week it wouldn’t have mattered with them playing like this.
