She's not the best at all, but he's right. She was more than qualified to be President. I'm not sure why that, of all things, would be held over Hillary. Not so much because of his opinion on Nixon, which is what the article brings up, but for his role in Clinton's impeachment. That was bottom of the barrel stuff. Writing detailed descriptions of Clinton's sexual exploits is for tabloid writers, not future Supreme Court justices.
