He’s unable to go through his progressions, he cannot read defenses, and he’s extremely limited without high end talent around him. He’s lived off of the RPO, his legs, and hot reads nearly his entire career in the NFL. He’s either not being coached up or he’s unable to progress at the position and cannot be coached beyond where he is now. I’m not saying he cannot be better, but he may have hit his ceiling as a QB. Maybe, but there hasn't been a lot of consistency with his OC's tenure(s), I think that's playing a factorÂ
