I still believe our season ending was slightly worse than Dallas’s cause of our historic collapse and our talent is fading or not as talented as we thought. Some of our older talent will be gone or much older and less effective. We have way more holes to fill than Dallas. We need a total rebuild, they don’t as much. 

This team has been humiliated. If Lurie is crazy enough to bring Sirianni back, this is a 5-6 win team next year. He's lost the locker room, and he'll never get it back.
