He literally coordinated the submission of a false slate of electors in attempt to fraudulently give Georgia's electoral votes to him instead of Biden. These false electors already confessed that they did this per his direction. It absolutely meets the definition of a conspiracy to defraud the state of Georgia in relation to the election. Correct, the key word is fraud. He wanted the SoS to find fraudulent votes. If you listen to the full call, you'll hear Trump cite a lot of instances of, let's just say, voting anomalies from all over the state. It was a perfect call, really.

Your mistake is that you're not putting "fraud" in quotations.  He wanted to SoS to find "fraud", not fraud.  And it was all such a legit and above board fact finding mission that the Republican SoS recorded it and immediately turned it in to the authorities.
