The NFLPA has released its annual report card for each NFL team. The report card is based on player surveys and measures eleven categories. It´s like an employee satisfaction survey. The Eagles were ranked 4th overall, behind Miami, Minnesota and Green Bay. Particular strengths for the Eagles were head coach and ownership. A weakness was travel.

Looks like most of the NFL should concentrate on treating families a little better.

A weakness was travel.  Wait until the trip to Brazil to kick off the 2024 season!

Don't forget "players don't want to sign here because Howie is a weasel."

So the team wasn't disgruntled last season...then what the hell caused that epic collapse?

From the link (within the link)

https://sports.yahoo.com/nfl-report-cards-despite-another-super-bowl-win-chiefs-ranked-among-worst-workplaces-by-players-213516233.html

"Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni received an A and was lauded for his willingness to listen to the locker room. That's interesting given how their 10-1 start quickly cratered, resulting in coaching shakeups. A possible explanation is that the survey closed in mid-November when the team was 8-1, coming off of a win over the Cowboys and their bye week."

Yea. Seems like, at least in the eyes of the players, Nick was not the catalyst for the collapse.  I just can't let go of the fact that we still don't know what the root cause was.  In my mind, one of the worst implosions in professional sports history can not be ignored or glossed over.
