Won't happen but for argument sake would you rather Doug with Moore and Fangio over Siri?

No. I don't think it's an offensive question, but what more does Sirianni have to do to earn his stripes around here? I love Doug, and we have a statue of him. Statues are for history, and that's where he is for the Eagles right now.

Probably. I like that both want to play aggressively, but I think Doug can be a bit less wreckless, and he’s more mature. Not the biggest fan of Siri’s behavior towards fans at times.

Personality wise, it's no contest in favor of Dougie P.  But to paraphrase Austin Powers, that train has sailed.

Unless Siri single-handedly blows the game against Green Bay, his status should not even be in question.

Nope!

I don't have an issue with Nick's personality. It might get a little irritating at times, but if it can bring the best out in our players and irritate other teams and their fans, I'm ok with it.

I know he led this team to its only modern day championship but I’d still much rather have Nick than Doug.  I do think they are both alike in that their success is hugely dependent on having strong minds to run the offense and defense (because neither are strong offensive minds themselves) but I think Nick connects better with his players.

Javon Hargrave will be released by the 49ers later this year

He could probably pry Greg Lewis away from the ravens for that role

I hadn't really given it much thought, but he only has a single season of coaching experience... and that's at the high school level as the OC.

Seems like a pretty flimsy resume to jump to college with as a head coach. Maybe he'll be able to do it, but a single season with a high school isn't much to lean on.

I hope he does well, but if I were somehow connected to Delaware State, I might not have 'warm and fuzzy' feelings about the hire at this moment in time. Pretty much the same with Vick at Norfolk State but at least Vick has some ties with Hampton Roads.

Just a little puzzling to me on both accounts.

He'd be a good hire for them.  I think the Pats made a smart move with Vrabel too.

Rivera has turned into the Jeff Fisher of coaching. He is living off of 1 super bowl appearance. 13 years and just 3 winning seasons. He isn't very good.

Yup. The Bears will continue to be in purgatory.

Those 12 games must have been epic.
