Josh Johnson has played for 14 teams since 2008 (he's the QB that came in when we knocked Brock Purdy out, then we knocked him out, in the 2022 NFCCG). He's currently with the Ravens.

But like anybody, it is possible for him to learn from that experience and improve. It's not like we had the worst offense in the NFL in 2023. In fact we were in the top 10 in almost every category. I think he'll make a good OC some day. He just didn't really add any new concepts from 2022 to 2023 and when the offense did struggle, he was poor at adjusting. He's very good at developing young QBs and that shouldn't be overlooked. CJ Stroud regressed a bit this season and Johnson may be able to help get back on track.
