Oh wait I remember now aren’t you a Giants fan? Sure would explain your hate for him.

I'm no Giants fan. I'm an Eagles fan. I can't some of you would laugh about Saquan Barkley dropping this pass. It's not funny at all!

I’m not laughing about it. I’m furious with the loss! It was unacceptable to lose that game from that position. But I also recognise that others take a large share of the blame and that Saquon has been one of our bright spots through 2 games.

Offensive linemen running downfield all game stalling drives because this team goes soft in practice. Missed tackles because the team goes soft in practice. Holding penalties because the team has no discipline They haven’t been able to stop the run in years. Because they’re soft. Because this is a club med coach who wants to be their buddy. Leaving points on the board because that’s what the analytics say to do.

It’s all on this straight up bozo who has no business being a head coach in the NFL

Sounds like the calls were going one way most of the night to me. Too much free willy gambling going on with this sport these days

93% of bets were on eagles money line

it’s no wonder they lost in spectacular fashion as Vegas stands to make a lot of money. The line was baiting you to take the eagles the whole game too

Makes me sad to see clear as day the money on games does effect the outcome. At the very least is does effect the officiating .

It was like that all Sunday week 2🤔

Yep. A lot of upsets this weekend. No chance anyone hit on any parlays

Then they chased the eagles to make up losses

Vegas wins again

edit: even during the Bengals chiefs game. I believe it was the 3q when bengals just went up 7 and it was still giving over 200% odds on the Bengals

Just has a bait feel. I wish betting on games wasn’t a thing.

The Atlanta O Line is a decent unit but the defensive line's lack of pressure through 2 games is a concern, Cousins is a statue back there and we barely touched him. Gardner-Johnson missing another tackle to give up a touchdown is a concerning trend, the Bijan stop was good but I'd rather he'd his receivers before they get in the end zone, and defensively the end of the game was a flat out disaster. How in the name of Christ do you have a team with less than 1.40 on the clock and no time outs, drive down the field and score 7 and leave YOU 40 seconds on the clock.

The first two offensive drives were crap again and this time it bit us in the ass at the end of the game, we need to start games better.

Our passing offense last year was long bomb or nothing, this year it looks like no long pass ever, until we try to get in field goal range in one play with the game on the line, can we air it out every now and again in the rest of the game please.

Still and all, with all of that said though, Barkley's dumb ass makes a simple catch when he's completely untouched and we're sat at 2-0 right now.

Bottom line this was a bad loss in a bad spot. We now have a short week to get ready for a game in NO against the hottest team in the NFL (caveat it’s only 2 weeks). We likely go in to that game with no AJ again and as last night showed that’s a major issue for us.

The DL looks as bad as we feared. I mean there’s no pressure there whatsoever. The offense has to be perfect and yet we have a QB who has become a turnover machine. Oh and our D still doesn’t seem to create many turnovers or even really get close.

The one positive is that the OL does look good and Becton is holding his own.

Yeah, take a look at that last Atlanta drive. At least two offensive linemen holding on every single play. I´m not saying the fix was in, but too many games around the league seem to have some, let´s be kind and call them strange, sequences of officiating. I´m not just talking Eagles here. All around the league.

He makes that catch and we´re sitting here talking about a pretty comfortable win. I said elsewhere, and stand by it here, the way that game ended was pretty freakish. Obviously disappointed, but not too worried. Some reactions here are like the Linc is on fire

This D is so questionable. Looked identical to what we saw in brazil. No pass rush, cant stop the run and wide open receivers. Long season ahead

And the middle of the field has to be the real concern. It’s so soft and so easy for teams to gain yards on us time after time and sustain yards. That and a soft run game.

It just that all us fans hopes were so high- with new coordinators that were going to change the team, new schemes that would work, etc, etc, etc. And then we all have to watch that heart breaking loss. The D looked as bad as it can look. Nothing but GASH plays all the time- not just here and there. And they have to face the high scoring Saints next. I'm not sure the D can be fixed. I think the the line is toast, the linebackers suck, and it may be unfixable. I'm tired of this team breaking the fans hearts. The D owed that huge crowd so much more, and didn't do it. Unforgivable. You hurt my fellow fans, defense. YOU hurt my fans. F off.

I did not expect a good start for defense or offense. Too many changes. It's like a car mechanic changing an engine and installing a turbocharger, and the owner thinks things will be great. When in reality you will be lucky if the car starts. So far it is what I expected. But one big minus.... is.... I thought that Vic's is a better caller than previous DCs. What I see  instead is a soft scheme that other teams will exploit. No pressure on opposing QB. CBs are 8 feet off the WRs?!? No jamming the WRs?!?  If the defense continues like this...It will be a long season.

it looks identical to what we saw last season. We've had 3 DC's in the last 12 months and they all look as bad as each other.

The worrying thing is that Fangio's not gonna change. I can't see how anyone can be happy with that performance, but you just know we'll see exactly the same thing week after week.

On the last drive, I thought ATL called it pretty well, all the offensive holding aside. Looked like they were largely targeting Mitchell´s side and, while he´s going to be a stud (and I am convinced of that), they took advantage of his inexperience

Sadly though it was Slay they went after for the TD though!

I've seen a lot on TATE over the years, but what the hell did I just read the last few pages?

TATERgeddon gets earlier every year, did you not get the memo?

Nick Foles didn't drop the ball. Barkley did.

It was on Saquan Barkley for not making the simplest of catches! He catches it, Eagles win! Everyone in locker room needs to yell at and get on his sorry arse and never let him f'ing forget it!! Never trust him like this again!!!!

Uhm no, zero other coaches in the nfl call a pass play there.

Siri should have been gone last year

There was nothing wrong with the play call. Barkley had tons of space and Jalen put the ball exactly where it needed to be.

Not at all what I was talking about lol

Oh, fair enough!

What was Slay biting inside for on the last TD? Just gave up the outside and left Drake wide open.
