May 25, 20205 yr Another one down. 21 year old Classic of Islay. One of those, somebody got a hold of a barrel for blending and then bottled it. No distiller named but they say "Sea Exposed Casks" which is what Caol Ila does. At any rate, it was an excellent smoky whiskey. A friend stopped by and we killed the bottle while talking from opposite sides of the back porch, about 15' apart. That's as exciting as things get. Having a nurse drop by on his way home from work once every couple of weeks for a scotch.
