The line opened at 9.5 then dropped a point where it's been sitting since yesterday.

The Browns are a mess and I have no idea what to expect from this Eagles team coming off their bye. Brown, Smith and Johnson are all expected back so there's no excuse if the offense continues to stumble. The Eagles have been spiraling since the latter part of last season, going a horrible 2-8 ATS (3-7 SU) in their last 10. The Browns aren't much better, going 4-6 ATS.

Line: Eagles -8.5
Total: 43
Moneyline: Eagles -450/Browns +350

The moneyline is steep so if you think the Eagles will boot another one, that's the play.

That moneyline is very tempting.

Feel like Schwartz will have their defense firing on all cylinders.

Like a Hurts get sacked six times bailing clean pockets kind of day.

If Jameis Winston comes in at half time the Browns will cover

I mean that line is absolutely ridiculous! I wouldn’t have us as a 5 point favourite to beat any team in the NFL.

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Too high for me to touch.

The kind of line that one shady decision could swing, without swinging the game either way... Remember, kids - Vegas never loses

Eagles should win big - coming off a bye, getting LJ, Smitty and AJ back.  And Browns are dysfunctional.

Mcnabb would have dropped 50 points against this Browns' team, with Jalen I am just not sure anymore, wouldn't surprise me if Browns upsets the Eagles on Sunday.

Hoping for an Eagles win, but wouldn't be surprised if we lose.

@mattwill

Eagles 28 Browns 20  No turnovers for Hurts.

Browns have allowed 8 Rushing TD's through 5 games and more 20 yard runs than any other team. Run hard run often to open the game and take what the defense offers passing wise if they stack the box, it's not rocket science.

If we run the same old not handing it off in the option then waiting for Brown or Smitty to get open deep we've run for the last season and a quarter, throwing in the odd 3rd down screen for a loss then yes Schwartz will lock us up.

I'm old enough to remember McNabb playing the worst game he ever played for us, going less than 50% completion with a full supporting cast (Westbrook, Shady, Djax and Maclin) against a Jamarcus Raiders team that had lost by 20, 23 and 37 points their 3 games before us and then lost 38 to zip the week after playing us, so I say no he wouldn't.

So we all know they are going to go pass heavy! Because the run was the way to go in Tampa and they didn’t do that. I can see it now with our defense we will go down early and Hurts still start forcing things.

The Browns are a pretty bad team so this weekend will tell us a lot about where we are at. If we want to get back on track we should handle them.

They may be missing 3 starters in their secondary.

Hurts will still turn it over… I’m not saying we don’t win but I think it line here is now -9.5 in places!

^^^^

Oh for sure, Hurts will have at least 2 TO's. One will be crucial and in the Redzone. His new "standard". 🤪

For once can we please establish the run to start the game?

I shouldve been a little more clearer on my last post.

I meant to say a 26 year old McNabb wouldve dropped 50 points on this Browns team...

I remember this game... It was also incredibly windy and the raiders had a piss poor run defense and Andy still dialed up 46 passes to 11 runs that day.

Interesting that Driscoll was elevated to the roster for today's game.  Steen played well at RG.  They must have Jack as the back up C instead of the Giants guy.

I always thought C would be his position with his smaller size, movement skills and big brain

If the Iggles lose this game......:chair:
