QB1 is playing like ass

The last two games I would say he’s been about a B. The earlier games I would agree, but if they can continue to find a way to limit his throws to 20 or less then they should be fine there at least for now.

IF the defense can go out and get stops, I think the Eagles have a good chance to win it all. They just can't afford to get in a position where the defense can't get off the field, and the offense is put in a position where they need to be perfect and score TD's each drive. Also, if any team is somehow matched up against the Chiefs, you have to blow them out, cos a close game is automatically going their way due to bs calls.

3 of the four Eagles wins occurred against teams with losing records. Every team in the North has a winning record and the Falcons have a tiebreaker on them as well as the Buccaneers. In short the Eagles playoff chances are challenging and their best opportunity to even get there will likely have to come from winning the division. Eagles winning it all is kind of a pipe dream unless they can get consistent.

I'm in no way saying we are KC...but KC looked like crap at the beginning of last year.  I can see a path to 12-5 if they beat the Bengals this weekend, 11-6 if they lose.  At 12-5, that may be good enough for the 2nd seed....the North is going to start killing themselves off, they all can't win against each other.  And the Falcons are a nice early story....I'm not buying into them, let's see where they are in the end.  That being said, with this QB and Head Coach, remember that path to 12-5, I could also see a bumpy crapfest to 10-7/9-8.

I love your optimism bud. I really can’t see more than 10 wins though.

Split with the Cowboys, split with Wash. Beat NY again, Jacksonville and Panthers that’ll give us 9 wins.

Then just got to find a win versus Cincy, Baltimore, LA or Pittsburgh.

I just do not see the consistency to call them a 12 win team. In the NFC East alone I don’t know if they’re good enough to have a winning record yet. With that being the case I won’t get too far ahead of myself. Has this team ever won in Cincy?

I’m not even certain they split with the commanders considering how they struggled with them last season when they had no quarterback.

I think WAS owns us this season

They struggle with the commanders no matter who the better team is its been that way forever its a division game. There have obviously been some blow outs here and there but, its generally a tight game

Approaching the mid point of the season, I agree, it's wide open this year but it's starting to crystalize a little who the top teams are.  The Eagles are only one Game out of the #1 Seed in the NFC behind the Lions.   They are a 1/2 Game out of the Division from Washington.   I'm honestly not scared of anyone.  I do think the Lions are looking to be the best of the bunch right now but we'll see.  Seattle, Chicago, ATL, Minny have done well thus far but have shown flaws.  Tampa is doing pretty good but have some injuries to deal with.  We've already beaten the Packers who picked up where they left off last year so that was a good win.  I'm confident we will be in the mix.   But they must win the Division.

I don't think the Eagles have ever won in Cincinnati. Eagles have beaten the Bengals 3 times, each time in Philly. Statmuse.com, hover over the date

I’m pumping the brakes on this team until they beat a decent team. They’ve looked alright the past two weeks but it was Cleveland and New York G. Not exactly juggernauts of the NFL.

Just checking in with the doubters after we are clearly gonna win vs. CIN? 🤣

Divisional games are generally tough as a whole. Suddenly those games could be for the division.

I can admit I was wrong about this one and I am 100% happy about it.

The Lions are leading by a good margin. They are at the top of the list unfortunately.

Just what we need. A season of mediocre teams so the Eagles can sneak into the playoffs and we keep Siri.

Lions right now are the class of the NFC.  Eagles are one Barkley dropped ball in the end zone from joining them with the best record in the NFC (the Tampa game was played in excessive heat and humidity).

We don’t get any mulligans in the league and unfortunately that loss along with the one to the Falcons could hurt them later when it comes to playoff seeding later. They have to keep pace with Washington in hopes to overtake them in the division.
